Frequently Asked Questions

Common Questions

Which package is best for a beginner?

Credit Foundations ($150) is designed for individuals who want a clear introduction to how consumer credit works — payment history, utilization, account age, inquiries, and how to read a credit report. If you already have your reports and want a personalized walkthrough, Credit Profile Education ($250) is the natural next step.

Do I need credit reports before my session?

Not necessarily for Credit Foundations. For Credit Profile Education and Financial Readiness & Stewardship, having your consumer reports available allows us to walk through your actual information. We can guide you on how to access them at no cost through AnnualCreditReport.com before your session.

Which prices are one-time and which are monthly?

Credit Foundations ($150), Credit Profile Education ($250), and Financial Readiness & Stewardship ($400) are one-time fees. Consumer Advocacy & Documentation Support is a recurring monthly service at $150 per month. Billing, cancellation, and included workload terms are disclosed in the written agreement before enrollment.

What does the $150 monthly service include?

The monthly service covers ongoing consulting and documentation preparation related to derogatory accounts, credit-reporting concerns, and debt-collection issues — including record organization, factual timelines, documentation packets, and correspondence drafting. The specific number of accounts, documents, and consultations included per month is defined in your written agreement before enrollment. Contact us to discuss your situation before enrolling.

Are dispute submissions included?

We assist with drafting consumer dispute and complaint correspondence based on documented facts. Whether submission assistance is included — or whether clients submit prepared documents themselves — is defined in the written agreement before enrollment.

Is monitoring included?

No. Credit monitoring subscriptions are not included in any package. We do not require a monitoring subscription to access education services. If monitoring is relevant to your situation, we can discuss options — any third-party cost is disclosed before purchase.

Are postage or third-party costs additional?

Yes. Prices shown are service fees. Optional third-party monitoring, postage, and other external expenses are additional when applicable and are disclosed before purchase.

Can I request scripture-based education?

Yes. Scripture-based stewardship discussion is available on request as part of the Financial Readiness & Stewardship package. Biblical interpretation is clearly distinguished from factual financial explanations throughout the session.

Are results guaranteed?

No. Services do not guarantee account deletion, a credit-score increase, debt elimination, funding approval, or a particular legal outcome. Accurate negative information cannot simply be removed because a consumer requests it. Results depend on individual circumstances, the accuracy of reported information, and creditor or bureau responses.

How do scheduling and cancellation work?

Scheduling details and cancellation terms are disclosed in the written agreement before enrollment. For credit repair-related services, you have the right to cancel within three business days of signing, without penalty, consistent with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA). Specific rescheduling, refund, and document-retention policies are defined in your agreement — contact us with any questions before signing.
